RAKE x Ivyline Instagram Competition – Terms & Conditions (11.04.25 - 20.04.25) - COMPETITION NOW CLOSED

1. Promoter  

This giveaway is brought to you by RAKE Online Ltd (RAKE Online), registered at RAKE Online Ltd, The Church Brigade Hall, Durham DH6 2NB, United Kingdom.  

2. Eligibility 

To participate in this giveaway, entrants must not be employees of RAKE Online, third parties involved in the giveaway (including third-party prize donors), their families, agents, or anyone else in any way professionally connected with this giveaway. Entrants must meet the following requirements (the “Eligibility Criteria”):  

Every person who meets the Eligibility Criteria (“entrant”) shall be entered into the giveaway during the giveaway period. Entries will not be deemed complete unless all of the Eligibility Criteria are met. RAKE Online may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the giveaway.  

 The giveaway must be entered in the entrant’s own name and may not be entered on behalf of anyone else. If a false name is used, that entry will be disqualified.  

3. Competition Period  

The competition runs from 09:00 on 11th April 2025 to 23:59 on 20th April 2025. Entries submitted after the closing time will not be counted.  

By entering this giveaway, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”). The details of the giveaway form part of these T&Cs. You should print and retain a copy of these T&Cs for reference. Any breach of these T&Cs may result in a prize being forfeited at RAKE Online sole discretion.    

4. How to Enter  

To qualify as a valid entry, participants must:  

•  Follow @itsrakeonline and @ivylinegb on Instagram
• Like the competition post
• Tag a friend in the comments  

For an additional entry entries, participants can share to their story and tag @itsrakeonline. This is not necessariy to be qualify as a winner. 

Each unique comment tagging a different friend counts as one entry. No purchase necessary. Sharing to stories is encouraged but not required.  

5. Prize  

There will be one winner during the giveaway period. Details of the prize are listed in the competition post.  

The prize is subject to availability and, if any part of the prize is no longer available due to circumstances beyond RAKE Online’s control, RAKE Online reserves the right to substitute any part of the prize with another of equivalent or greater monetary value. There are no cash alternatives to the prize, and the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. The prize can only be redeemed by the winner (and not by a third party) and must not be sold on.

6. Winner Selection & Notification  

To qualify as a winning entrant, you must: 

• Follow @itsrakeonline and @ivylinegb on Instagram
• Like the competition post
• Tag a friend in the comments  

The winner will be chosen by means of randomised electronic selection from all valid entrants received during the giveaway period.  

 RAKE Online will use reasonable efforts to notify the winner of the prize via Instagram comments / DM no later than 22nd April. If after having made those efforts, it is not possible to contact the winner within 48 hours, RAKE Online reserves the right to offer the prize to the next valid entrant chosen by means of randomised electronic selection as described above. Any reselection will be undertaken in accordance with these T&Cs.  

7. Delivery   

A member of the RAKE Online team will be in touch to arrange delivery of the prize.  

The prize will be delivered to the winner’s UK address within 7 working days of confirming details. RAKE is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.  

RAKE Online is not responsible for failure to deliver the prize should a postal address be provided incorrectly.  

8. General  

RAKE reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition or these terms at any time. By entering, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.  

9. Instagram Disclaimer  

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, you release Instagram from any responsibility.  

10. Data Protection   

Any personal data provided will be used solely for administration of this competition and handled in accordance with RAKE’s Privacy Policy.
